Booking and payment support
Email [email protected]. Include your booking reference, the email used for your booking, and a description of the issue. If your question concerns a payment or refund, include the payment reference when available.
We reply within one business day. Lost your booking link? Get it emailed to you again.
Your booking link shows the latest session, payment and refund status. Please do not email card details, passwords or one-time codes.
Cancellations and refunds
See our Refunds and Cancellations policy for the six-hour cancellation deadline, attendance rules, refund amounts and processing timelines. Contact support if a refund has not arrived after the stated processing period.
